In my previous role as the Sr. Social Media Graphic Designer for the Baltimore Ravens, I was an integral piece of the creative direction of the team’s annual brand campaigns while serving in a leadership role.
On a day-to-day basis, I was tasked with ensuring the club’s social media maintained a distinct appearance with new, fresh content that is well received by fans and drives traffic to corporate sponsors. As I led a team of two designers, I learned the importance of collaboration while being a coach, mentor, and teammate to my direct reports and other creatives within the building. I was able to build trust ensure quality work in the development of brand guidelines and best practices while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
*Numbers are a rounded approximationAMA Baltimore (2024):
Darkness There and Nothing More Campaign - Platinum Award
Don’t Blink Brand Campaign - Gold Award
While much of the social growth can be attributed to the teams' on-field success, the fans and corporate stakeholders really responded to the brand and graphics on social media. This was proven via a social valuation by Wasserman in 2022. Wasserman deemed the social media graphics being created for the Baltimore Ravens was valued at over $1.25M annually, as well as many campaigns earned awards listed below.
AMA Baltimore (2022):
#AndFootball Brand Campaign - Best Brand to Consumer Campaign
Clio Sports 2018/2019

Every season, I was responsible for the Creative Direction of the Baltimore Ravens Brand Social and Digital Media. These were based off the campaigns, Always More Never Less (2018-2020), 25th Anniversary Season (2020), #AndFootball (2022), Don’t Blink (2023), Rise and Conquer (2024).
brand campaigns
2024 Season Creative
The 2024 Season marked the start of a new brand campaign Rise and Conquer. Coming off a run to the first ever AFC Championship game in Baltimore, expectations were really high for the Ravens and it was time to Conquer All who opposed.
2023 Season Creative
The 2023 Don’t Blink season-long campaign was one about resilience and adapting. The Ravens didn’t blink on way to the number one seed in the AFC and hosting an AFC Championship game at home.
2022 Season Creative
The 2022 season for the Baltimore Ravens began the AndFootball campaign. This campaign was created to be adaptable to iconic moments from both the season and team history.
2021 Season Creative
The 2021 season was a continuation of the Always More Never Less Campaign look with a new brighter theme.
2020 Season Creative
25th Anniversary brand campaign. This being the Covid-19 season, additional digital and social executions were added to allow the fans a look at the team since there were no fans allowed in stadium.
2019 Season Creative
Always More, Never Less brand campaign continued. This was my first full season with the Baltimore Ravens and had a much larger influence on the season creative.
2018 Season Creative
Always More, Never Less brand campaign. I joined the Ravens midseason so there is only a few months worth of work.
Mini Campaigns
During the 2023 Season, I was put in charge of the Social and Digital look for a mini campaign for the Baltimore Ravens alternate all-black uniforms. This first campaign was "Darkness there, and nothing more." It was then followed up the next season with the reveal of the Baltimore Ravens alternate all-purple helmet for the "Purple Rises” campaign."
Darkness Falls (2024)
After the success of the 2023 Campaign, “Darkness There and Nothing More” was brought back in 2024. In order to elevate the 2023 look, there was a photoshoot to create new assets. This campaign created a need for a posters, website and app takeover, ticketing advertisements, and social media graphics.
Purple Rises (2024)
The 2024 Season introduced a new helmet for the first time since 1999. This helmet concept is meant to pair with the Color Rush uniform which is purple and gold. The use of the front facing bird was also new to helmets. With the introduction of this helmet, I was responsible for planning the photoshoot and leading the Creative Direction announcing this new helmet.
Darkness There and Nothing More (2023)
This mini-campaign based off the line “Darkness there and nothing more” from “The Raven” by Edgar Allen Poe. This campaign was to promote the alternate all-black uniforms and act as a call to action for the fans to wear black to the Thursday Night Game. This campaign created a need for a photoshoot, wordmark, posters, website and app takeover, ticketing advertisements, and social media graphics.
Print, Photos, & LOGOS
While print nor photography were my main duty with the Baltimore Ravens, there were opportunities to build sets, capture and create unique content for the players and fans alike. Logos were also created for news articles, team milestones and more.
Stadium Player Entrance Mural
The creation of 30 illustrated posters highlighting players, iconic moments, phrases and themes around the Baltimore Ravens. This would be placed at the player entrance of M&T Bank Stadium.
Community Relations Auction Items
Working with the Community Relations department, this involved the creation of limited edition custom footballs and canvases highlighting iconic players and player career achievements.
Ravens Logofolio (Various Years)
Logos were required to be created for various reasons throughout my time in Baltimore. These logos were often used for Articles, Events, and Social Media Shows/Broadcasts.
Squad Snaps
Squad Snaps is a Baltimore Ravens Stadium staple now. It is an Augmented Reality Photobooth that allows fans to virtually pose with up to 2 of their favorite players.
