Baltimore Ravens

The 2018 Season brought the Always More, Never Less brand to the Baltimore Ravens. After ending the 2018 regular season on a high-note, the Baltimore Ravens flamed out in the playoffs, but the fan base felt a revitalization of a new exciting Quarterback, Lamar Jackson. The 2019 Season creative was an extension of the AMNL brand with some additional elements and red blurs to show the new speed of this team that would go on to be the league’s best 14-2 and Number 1 Seed. Lamar Jackson would win his 1st MVP this season and take the league by storm of how he was revolutionizing the quarterback position.

2019 GAMEDAY GIFS

In-game and 24 Hours until kickoff GIFs created for the 2019 Season. The in-game GIFs were created using the brand elements, while the 24 Hours GIFs were created using more horror elements and themes. This included creating my own “HA HA” Joker elements for DeShon Elliott’s as he was nicknamed the Joker by his teammates.

Wallpaper Wednesday became a fan favorite with the Baltimore Ravens as it was up to the creative’s discretion and artistic expression over branding. Allowing the designers to be creative outside of the brand is important because it can create new ideas, keep designers motivated and away from feeling complacent, while also having the possibility to go viral for creativity. I stood firmly within my role that while the Wallpaper Wednesday portion could be sponsored, no wallpapers themselves would ever have a sponsor logo on them (aside from Schedule Release) because this was more about the art than the sponsor. If there was any confliction with a sponsor it could sacrifice creativity and delay in approvals.

WALLPAPERS

The 2021 Offseason started by locking up current players into a longer term contracts as well as a few minor trades. Then a couple of bigger name guys were signed in Wide Receiver Sammy Watkins, a former 1st-Round Pick and long time consistent starter and former 1st-Round Offensive Lineman Kevin Zeitler.

Ed Reed, perhaps one of the best safeties to ever play in the NFL was eligible for the Hall of Fame for the first time since his retirement. It was no secret he would be a first ballot Hall of Fame inductee. Here are graphics from the announcement he would be one of the semi-finalists, until the day he was officially inducted. The shape of the graphic announcing his induction to the Hall of Fame, using the images and text mimic the shape of the Hall of Fame Logo.
